What does “research use only” mean?+
Every product we sell is supplied as a laboratory research material. It is not a drug, food, cosmetic, or supplement, and it is not for human or veterinary consumption.
Do you provide medical advice or dosing guidance?+
No. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or advise on human use, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as medical guidance. Consult a licensed healthcare provider for any health question.
Have these products been evaluated by the FDA?+
No. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Who can order?+
Purchasers must be 21 or older, acquiring materials for legitimate research purposes, and must sign the research-use waiver before checkout.
Is testing documentation available?+
Yes. Third-party purity analysis for a given lot is available on request — contact us with the lot identifier on your vial.
How are orders shipped?+
Orders ship cold-packed with handling and storage documentation. Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?+
Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns once shipped. Contact us within 7 days if an order arrives damaged or incorrect.
